Certain regions of America are fiercely loyal to their particular style of barbecue, and Missouri is no exception. The fine city of Kansas City is the birthplace of dry-rubbed barbecue drizzled in a mouth-watering tomato & molasses sauce. Kansas City folk don’t discriminate among types of meat (unlike Texas barbecue, pork, chicken, beef, and even turkey are fair game). Algarve Smoke has created its own version of this sticky, sweet, peppery finger-licking Kansas City condiment. Our locally raised beef Brisket is cooked super-slow and smoked super-low over bed of Olive & Almond wood smoke. This is really beautiful food, no question. We served good old fashioned country food, outside with good music, good craic and good stories to be told. Just come on down and give us a try.
