Step into my private home in the hills above the Algarve market town of Loule’ to learn to cook authentic rural family food from all over the world. This isn’t just a class; it’s an opportunity to embrace these humble dishes in a rural setting. This is an intimate, hands-on setting (maximum 4 students), you will discover the secrets of my traditional family-style recipes passed down through generations and delicious menus from my international travels. Eating traditional country food is to taste history, culture, and even the landscape itself. This is Not a cooking school. Not a restaurant, but a real home, a real kitchen, a real rustic Algarve experience.

Farm-to-Table Cooking Journeys

I put all my heart and experience into making your experience unforgettable. You'll be welcomed to my garden kitchen in the heart of the Algarve countryside with sweeping views of the sea and Villamora in the valley below. The veranda is surrounded by Olive, Fig, Almond, Orange & Cypress trees, and during the summer, as we sit down to eat, we’re often bathed in gentle moonlight and serenaded by crickets.
